Hours Of Operation
Copeland, a New American Cuisine restaurant, located in The Westin Governer Morris hotel, welcomes hotel guests and our area neighbors to join us for an upscale culinary experience. Reknown for our succulent seafood and extensive wine list, Copeland is open daily from 6:30 am through 10:00 pm for breakfast or brunch, an express lunch or a steak dinner, and its experienced staff is led by award-winning Executive Chef Thomas Ciszak.
