Treat yourself to the eclectic menus of Executive Chef Thomas Ciszak at Copeland.  His Signature New American Cuisine will tempt you onto the next course and next meal.  Beginning with an exceptional breakfast of Eggs Benedict or a perfectly prepared Omelet or for lunch; a serving of Chili-Cinnamon Glazed Sea Bass.  Your dinner selection, should it be Horseradish Crusted Crab Cakes or a New York Sirloin (USDA Prime 28 day dry-aged) either can be paired with the ideal red or white from Copeland's extensive wine list.  Our Sunday Brunch Buffet includes breakfast favorites and sensational entrees with a champagne beverage.

Our menu changes frequently to take advantage of the freshest ingredients and flavors of the season.  These menus are just a sample of a typical selection of entrees offered at Copeland.  Breakfast is also served daily.

Chef's 5-Course Tasting Menu $64.00
